ℹ️ OVERVIEW

Your Managed Colocation, Fully Supported

ARPHost managed colocation pricing is straightforward — your colocation plan already includes switching, routing, redundant network connectivity, IPMI access, and cabling. As a result, your equipment is ready to run the moment it arrives. These add-ons extend that foundation with automated monitoring, on-site remote hands, and direct access to our support team when you need a human.

These add-ons are available exclusively for ARPHost colocation customers at any ARPHost facility. Choose from three standalone add-ons — RMM monitoring, hardware-level SNMP monitoring, and remote hands — or take the Managed Colo Bundle for everything in one plan. You only pay for what you use.

🖥️ RMM Monitoring

Our NinjaRMM agent handles 24/7 OS-level monitoring, alerting, and automated patch management. Therefore, no manual checking is required on your end.

🔧 Hardware Monitoring

SNMP monitoring of IPMI/iDRAC for hardware-level visibility — power supplies, fans, thermals, and hardware health. Consequently, you catch hardware failures before they become outages. Drive health visibility may also be available, depending on your server’s IPMI/iDRAC version and configuration.

🤝 On-Site Remote Hands

Need someone to physically interact with your equipment? Your retainer keeps a technician on standby. Furthermore, retainer customers get a discounted rate on additional incidents.

📞 Dedicated Support Time

One hour of direct consultation and assistance per month — for example, questions, minor config help, or troubleshooting guidance.

⭐ WHAT’S ALREADY INCLUDED

Every Managed Colocation Plan Starts Here

These add-ons build on top of infrastructure that’s already in place for every ARPHost colocation customer. In other words, the foundation is already there — add-ons simply extend what you already have access to.

• Switching & Routing

Fully managed switching and routing already deployed. No hardware to source or configure on the network side.

• Redundant Network

Dual redundant uplinks with 25 Mbps committed bandwidth included on all plans. Additionally, bandwidth is billed on a burstable 95th-percentile model — overage rates apply above your committed level.

• IPMI Access

Out-of-band IPMI/VPN access to your equipment from anywhere. As a result, you can manage servers remotely without requiring a physical visit.

• Cabling

All cabling is handled and maintained by ARPHost. Consequently, you get clean, organized infrastructure — nothing for you to run or manage.

• N+1 Redundant Power

True A+B power feeds from independent sources, including UPS and diesel generator backup. Furthermore, our facility meets Tier III data center standards for redundant capacity components, delivering 99.99% uptime SLA.

• 24/7 US Support

US-based support team available around the clock via ticket, phone, and chat. Notably, our average response time is under 15 minutes.

USE CASES

Who Managed Colocation Add-Ons Are Built For

Small Business

No in-house IT staff? No problem. Therefore, you can get professional monitoring and on-call support without hiring a full-time administrator.

Remote Teams

Your team isn’t local to Tampa. Nevertheless, remote hands means someone is always physically there when your equipment needs attention.

Growing Infrastructure

Scaling up? Automated monitoring catches issues before they become outages — therefore, growth doesn’t have to mean more operational overhead.

Compliance-Focused

Documented patch management, monitoring logs, and activity records support compliance requirements. Additionally, these records are available without additional tooling on your end — so your team can stay focused on the work that matters.

Unpredictable Workloads

Traffic spikes or irregular schedules? Therefore, monitoring that catches resource issues the moment they appear — not after a customer reports them — is essential.

Full-Rack Managed

Looking for completely hands-off infrastructure at scale? In that case, ask about our fully managed full-rack deployments with 1 Gbps throughput and true A+B power.

FAQ

Managed Colocation Pricing: Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need a colocation plan to add these services?

Yes. These managed colocation pricing Tampa add-ons are designed exclusively for ARPHost colocation customers. If, however, you’re not yet on a colocation plan, you can view our plans here to get started.

What does the Remote Hands Retainer cover?

The retainer covers 1 standard on-site incident per month, up to 30 minutes. Specifically, standard incidents include reboots, power cycles, cable checks, and indicator light verification. In addition, retainer customers get a discounted rate on extra incidents. However, complex tasks such as hardware swaps or recabling are quoted separately.

Does unused consultation time roll over?

No — the 1 hour of monthly consultation time in the Managed Colo bundle is use-it-or-lose-it each month. As a result, pricing stays predictable for both sides.

What does the RMM agent monitor?

Our NinjaRMM agent monitors uptime, CPU, memory, disk, and running services at the OS level. In addition, it handles automated patch management and sends alerts when thresholds are crossed — before they cause an outage. Furthermore, NinjaRMM generates automated health reports so you have a regular record of your server’s status without needing to log in and check manually.

What does the Hardware Monitoring add-on cover?

Hardware Monitoring uses SNMP to poll your server’s IPMI/iDRAC interface for out-of-band hardware health data — power supplies, fans, thermals, and DIMM status. Specifically, it catches hardware-layer failures that OS-level monitoring cannot see, and it works as a standalone add-on or alongside RMM.

Does Hardware Monitoring include drive health status?

Drive health visibility depends on your server’s IPMI/iDRAC version and how it is configured. Many modern IPMI/iDRAC implementations do expose drive health data over SNMP, but this is not universal across all hardware generations. In other words, power supply status, fan speeds, and thermal readings are consistently available — drive health is best-effort and hardware-dependent. If drive health monitoring is critical for your deployment, we can confirm compatibility during onboarding.

Can I add just one service, or do I need the full bundle?

You can add any individual add-on — RMM monitoring, hardware monitoring, or remote hands — without taking the others. However, the Managed Colo Bundle gives you the best combined value when you want full coverage.

What if I need more than 1 hour of support in a month?

Additional time beyond your included hour is available at our standard managed services rates. For customers with consistently higher support needs, we can discuss a custom arrangement. Therefore, we recommend reaching out to explore options that fit your team.
