Yes! Our facility has dual power feeds, UPS, and diesel generator backup for maximum uptime. Pricing includes A+B Power feeds 1 plug from each power source for each Rack Unit of space.
How do you bill for bandwidth?
Each of our plans includes a defined amount of Committed Information Rate (CIR), this is your guaranteed minimum bandwidth. The included bandwidth varies by plan (for example, 25 Mbps, 50 Mbps, 100 Mbps, or more), and is clearly outlined in your service package.
How does bandwidth billing work?
If your usage consistently exceeds your included bandwidth, we’ll proactively recommend upgrading to a plan that better fits your needs. Overage charges are billed on 95th percentile for traffic over the committed information rate.
